WHO WE ARE
Cardona Capital Realty is part of a family-owned group of companies with a long-term investment philosophy centred on building and preserving a diversified portfolio of real estate in Malta.
Our approach is guided by a disciplined balance between risk, return and capital preservation, with the objective of generating sustainable compound growth over time. We take a conservative, long-term view, underpinned by extensive experience in operating businesses and supported by a close network of entrepreneurs, property professionals and capital managers.
WHAT WE DO
Our principal activities are the acquisition, development and long-term leasing of real estate assets. While our preference is to own and operate quality properties for the long term, we may selectively realise investments when appropriate, using capital released from disposals to pursue new opportunities and enhance the overall risk-adjusted return of the portfolio.
